You can cancel your direct-to-consumer (DTC) subscription at any time. The method of canceling depends on where you initially purchased the subscription. See below for how to cancel your subscription.

If you purchased your subscription by visiting schnplus.com on your Internet browser

  1. Visit schnplus.com and sign in to your account.

  2. Click on the “Account” button at the top of the page, then select the “Subscriptions” menu item.

  3. Select the “Cancel Subscription” button.

If you purchased your subscription on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV)

  1. Open the iOS App Store

  2. Click on your profile image in the top right corner and click “Subscriptions”

  3. Click SCHN+ and click “Cancel Subscription”

If you purchased your subscription on an Android device

  1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play

  2. Select SCHN+

  3. Tap cancel subscription and follow the instructions

If you purchased your subscription on an Amazon Fire device

  1. Open your Amazon account, go to “Your Memberships and Subscriptions”

  2. Select “Manage Subscription” next to SCHN+.

  3. Select “End Subscription” and confirm

If you purchased your subscription on a Roku device

On the Roku website

  1. Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions.

  2. Under Active subscriptions.

  3. Select SCHN+.

  4. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew. Turning off auto-renew means you’ve canceled your subscription, and you will not be billed for it in the future.

  5. After canceling your subscription, you’ll continue to have access to it until the end of your current billing cycle.

On your Roku device

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.

  2. From the Home screen, use the arrow buttons on your remote to hover over and SCHN+.

  3. Press the Star button on your remote.

  4. Select Manage subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options. If you don’t see this option, your subscription is not managed through Roku.

  5. To cancel a subscription, select Turn off auto-renew. Your subscription will now only be active until the end of the current billing cycle.
