SCHN+ is the streaming home of the Houston Rockets and Houston Astros. While our service is primarily for fans living in the 5-state broadcast territory (TX, LA, AR, OK, NM), we offer "Couch Rights" that allow you to take your sports with you when you travel.
You can stream outside your licensed region for up to 30 days, provided you remain within the United States.
You must activate Before You Go Travel access is device-specific.
Each device must be logged in at least once while you are physically located inside the licensed region to activate these rights.
Important: If you try to use a new device (like a hotel TV or a laptop you haven't used before) while already traveling, it will not work. It must be activated at home first.
How to Activate Your Device: Before you travel or use our app, ensure your location is set correctly while you are still in the viewing area:
Go to Account > Location.
Select Change Home Location.
Select your correct home location and tap Confirm.

Renewal: Once the 30-day travel period expires, you must return to the licensed region and log in again on that device to reset the counter for another 30 days of access.
