How do I manage my SCHN+ app account (like my email)?

You can manage the personal information for your free SCHN+ app profile directly within the app or on our website.

  1. Log In: Sign in to your SCHN+ account.

  2. Access Account Settings: Navigate to the main menu and look for an "Account," "Profile," or "Settings" option.

  3. Edit Information: In your account settings, you should see your profile details, including the email address associated with your SCHN+ account. Look for an "Edit," "Manage," or a pencil icon (✎) to update your information.

  4. Save Changes: Be sure to save any changes you make.

Please note that this update only affects your free SCHN+ app profile. This is separate from your paid TV provider account (e.g., DIRECTV, U-verse). If you need to update the email or password for your TV provider, you must log in to their website or contact them directly.
