How do I log in to SCHN+ if I used 'Sign in with Apple'?

If you used "Sign in with Apple" and selected "Hide My Email," a unique, private email address (e.g., [example]@privaterelay.appleid.com) was created. You must use the "Sign in with Apple" button to log in.
