If you signed up using your Apple account, this may be an Apple Relay email issue. Relay emails are a privacy feature automatically enabled by Apple for its users. This normally ends with "@privaterelay.appleid.com." Here's how to view your Hide My Email addresses that are used with Sign in With Apple.
On your iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app, then tap your name.
- Tap Sign in with Apple
- From here, you can see the apps and websites that are using Sign in with Apple. To see if you used Hide My Email for a particular app or website, choose the app or website from the list. If you used Hide My Email, you should see the @privaterelay.appleid.com for that app or website.
On your Mac
- Choose Apple menu > System Settings.
- Click your name, then click Sign in With Apple.
- Choose the app or website.
