How do I connect my TV provided with SCHN+?

1. Sign in to TV Provider:

  • Open a web browser on your phone, computer, or mobile app.

  • Log in with your TV provider credentials and confirm a successful login.

  • Verify that the TV provider’s logo appears in the upper-right corner of the screen.

2. Add another device (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV:

  • Open the app on your TV and select "Connect TV Provider."

  • Enter the email associated with your account.

  • A Magic Link will be sent to your email.

  • Click the Magic Link and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • When prompted, enter your TV provider credentials again.

  • Once validated, the TV will refresh and display content.

Important Notes:

  • Verify Credentials First: We recommend testing your TV provider's login credentials in a separate web browser before starting this process to make sure they are correct.

  • Multiple Devices: Each device (e.g., a second TV, a phone) requires its own separate authentication.

  • Having Trouble? If the login fails, please sign out of the app on all your devices and try this process again.
