I use Starlink for my internet. Why am I having trouble with my location on SCHN+?

Starlink's internet service can sometimes show your location as being outside of the SCHN territory, which will block the stream. To fix this, you must first log in on a mobile device (like a phone or tablet) that has GPS. While connected to your Starlink Wi-Fi, open the SCHN+ app; this will authenticate your network and should allow your other TV devices on that same network to stream.
