I'm logged into the SCHN+ app, but the "Watch Live" stream is still locked. What do I do?

This usually means your TV provider account needs to be re-authenticated. Please try logging out of your SCHN+ account and logging back in. If that fails, try logging out of your TV Provider (in the app's settings) and logging back in to re-sync your subscription
