I'm logged into the SCHN+ app, but the "Watch Live" stream is still locked. What do I do?

  • Direct Subscribers: Ensure your subscription is active by checking your Account Settings. Try logging out and logging back in using the exact email address tied to your purchase.

  • TV Provider Subscribers: This usually means your TV provider account needs to be re-authenticated. Try logging out of your SCHN+ account and logging back in. If that fails, log out of your TV Provider (in the app's settings) and log back in to re-sync.
